Deleting your account and associated user data

How to request deletion of your account and personal data

You can request the deletion of your Liveheats Athlete account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This includes:

  • Your profile information
  • Your preferences and settings
  • Any stored insights or analytics
  • Any other personal data linked to your user account

Once deleted, this information cannot be restored.

However, there are some important details to understand before submitting a deletion request.

What cannot be deleted

Liveheats stores official competition results on behalf of event organisers, clubs, and federations who run their events on the Liveheats platform.

Because these results are part of the official event record, they are owned and managed by the event organiser, not by LiveHeats or the athlete.

This means:

  • We can delete your account and personal data,
  • But we cannot delete official event results, rankings, or heat scores recorded by organisers.

These remain part of the competition history as published by the event host.

If you want to delete your account and associated personal data, please complete the request form below:

Once submitted:

  • We’ll verify your request
  • We’ll process the deletion of your account and personal data
  • We’ll send confirmation once the process is complete

The deletion process may take up to 30 days, depending on volume and verification needs.
